Woodlands tariff
Bedrooms at Woodlands include recently fitted en-suite bathrooms with toiletries from The White Company, individually re-designed bedrooms with Rogers & Vaughan beds, modern fixtures and fittings and flat screen LCD televisions. Our modern, boutique hotel style rooms offer the facilities you would expect to find in a larger hotel with the cosiness and friendly Lakeland hospitality.

All prices are per room, per night unless stated.

Executive Rooms include a full ensuite bathroom with double super king size bed. A third bed can be added for an additional £20 per night.
Group Bookings
We are happy to accept groups by prior arrangement at Woodlands however we would ask that all group bookings are made direct by telephone.
Cancellation Policy:
A non-returnable deposit of the first nights stay is required to secure all bookings. In the event of cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date, the full cost of your confirmed booking will be charged. We respectfully ask that guests have appropriate travel insurance, as no exceptions will be made in the event of cancellation or curtailment of a booking. Valid card details are required to secure booking. Travel insurance can be arranged locally through Simpson Parsons Insurance Consultants.
Children
Families are welcome at Woodlands although with regret we cannot accommodate children under the age of 5. Well behaved children are welcome following prior arrangement.
